Can you look at this post – for sewing a sleeveless bodice with lining

In underlining the outer fabric and inner fabric are treated as one – as there is no point in turning the rightside of the lining to the inside you can keep it to the outside.

Do I place the wrong sides of the wool garment to the wrong side of the underlining garment? Do I stitch the the shoulder seams of the front and back wool garment together and doing the same for the shoulder seam for the underling garment? Since the garment is sleeveless will I sew the wool garment to the underlining sleeve with wrong sides together? As for the side seams do
I sew the side seams where the wool garment is seperate from the underlining garment? I’m not sure about the side seams.
