Hello, I am looking for a dress pattern. It would be with a scoop neck that can be pulled off the shoulders,. an 8inch flounce as part of the neck. The waist would be a draw string or none., and the bottom of the dress, a similarly width flounce.
      thank you Diane.

Hello. I would like to mention that there are many independent pattern sellers online that sell patterns that are currently being published, as well as older ones that are now out of print yet still stylish. I sell sewing patterns as MoonwishesSewingandCrafts.com via the eCRATER.com venue and also on Amazon as well. And there are many more like me!

I started selling patterns when I noticed back over 15 years ago many letters to the editors of both Vogue Pattern magazine (now defunct) and Threads magazine (alive and well) all complained of not being able to find the pattern for a project that they featured in an earlier issue. I decided I would try to help supply those needs. Between my two stores, I have well over 10,000 sewing patterns listed with a backlog that I can’t ever seem to get control of! 🙂 Helping to support small sellers such as we help us to make it financially if we are otherwise on a very limited income.

I would love to help anyone to get the patterns that they are looking for!

I would like to find a pattern for a “mother of the bride dress”–
long dress, 3/4 sleeve, classic look such as Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepburn.

    • Margo lee

Excited to know that patterns are available online. Hope I can source some, since I enjoy sewing. Unfortunately (my) patterns are void of instructions and pieces. How may I order from Trinidad and Tobago?

I , just yesterday, was watching a video on You Tube – learning to sew. Then I opened my email and got this in a Pinterest embroidery interest referral. I just happened to look thru the embroidery pin and was drawn to your http://www.thread address (no pun intended). I am so happy that I did this. Thank you SO MUCH for all this sewing and additional fun embellishments, and things to acknowledge in the sewing realm. You have also input so much research. The old arts shall never die, as the world around us advances with new technologies, when people share the knowledge. Again, thank you.
