I appreciate your clear instructions. I am trying to mend an old quilt created by my late mother. I am making yoyo flowers in matching colors to patch torn sections and need thread centers for the yoyos. Your directions will help me to complete my project to my personal satisfaction.

Th quilt belongs to my younger sister who has metastatic cancer. Her remaining days with therapy are unpredictable so my working on this quilt is a way of feeling close to her during these shared days.
